With the new Jeep Wrangler unlimited you can not only go anywhere and do anything. You can now bring everything along at the same time.
Jeep has added 15 inches to the unlimited with 13 of those in the cargo area giving you plenty of room for that extra gear you need for those weekend Jeep runs. They have also added another 2 inches to give your passengers in the back seat some much needed extra legroom.
Even with the extra-added room the jeep wrangler unlimited still has the same capabilities as the original jeep wrangler. Jeep has not only made the Jeep Wrangler better, they just keep on adding to what is already a great jeep.
With its 103-inch wheelbase, which is 10 inches longer than the original Jeep Wrangler, you receive a more comfortable and quiet ride.
With the extra 13 inches of cargo space added to the already existing 13 inches, you can store an incredible amount of gear without having to take out your back seat which I have always had to do when going on a weekend jeep run.
Before the Jeep Wrangler unlimited came along, you only had a towing capability of 2000 lbs; Jeep has increased this by 1500 lbs giving you 3500 lbs of towing capability.
The Wrangler Unlimited comes standard with a PowerTech™ inline 6 engine with a four-speed automatic transmission. At 4,600 rpm this 4-liter engine has 190 horsepower and 235 lbs of torque at 3,200 RPM.
The wrangler unlimited also comes with a Dana 30 front axle and a Dana 44 in the rear with a 3.73 axle ratio. You also get 15-inch ravine aluminum wheels sporting 30-inch R15 Goodyear GSA tires.
Many of the Jeep Wrangler enthusiasts don’t believe that Unlimited can do as well on the trail due to its extended length. Here is a review of the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to see just how well it performs on the trail.

With the Wrangler Unlimited, you have your choice of a hardtop or the new Sunrider™ soft-top. This new soft-top not only allows you to go with the top down, but it also comes with a 45X23 inch sun-roof giving you the open-air feeling without having to fold the entire top-down.
Although the Jeep Wrangler unlimited may not be for everyone, if you find the extra space along with the off-road capability of the unlimited appealing, then the wrangler unlimited may just be the Jeep for you.
